Best place in East Valley to do a MINI run?

Postby brandonmoser » Mon Dec 31, 2012 8:53 pm

Hi Everyone!

I'm a MINI rookie and I'm dying to take it for a spin other than jumping on 202 or taking corners on neighborhood streets. I've logged a whole 150 miles so far. Any recommendations to motor in the East Valley? (I live in Gilbert.)

Thanks everyone! And I hope to meet you at some DMC events.

A lot of people like South Mountain as well. I've been on both that and Tortilla Flats (but not in my MINI).

Yep, if your East Valley probably your best bet, and a good time of year with less lake road traffic :)

Great looking car Brandon. Welcome to the world of MINIs. There are lots of really great places all over Arizona to really enjoy what a MINI can do, take advantage of every mile you can.

Just got back from an adventure on Tortilla Flat! With the exception of when I was stuck behind a Dodge Caravan for a stretch (5 minutes felt like an eternity), it was a GREAT drive! Thanks for the recommendation!
