I was behind a yellow MINI S this morning from Deer Valley area until I exited at Peoria. This MINI had black bonnet stripes and the wheel arches were body color. I've seen it a couple times before, including yesterday. He got off at Dunlap, where we met again as I continued on the access road toward Northern

In order for it to count on the freeway:
You have to come up along side of them,
then proceed to change lanes to be in front of them,
then change lanes again to go on the opposite side of them...
slow down...
drop in behind them
then change lanes once more to be back to your original spot along side...

Yes, you just circled them... Wave with a big cheezy grin... then speed off!
