We'll be Friday afternoon now also.

Still haven't made hotel reservations yet, anyone else find a good spot or have a place to recommend in the area?

Everyone going to try to make the Meet and Greet on Friday night?

We are staying at a hotel located a few miles away from the Rose Bowl; most hotels nearby charge a per night parking rate and we figure that for 2 cars x 2 nights (possibly 3 cars), we could get some cool stuff in lieu of that charge!

2. I will be leaving sometime on Friday.
(hoping to make the meet & greet)

3. I have not made reservations yet either.
(heard there was a comfort inn for around $80)

4. Does anyone need a roomie?

Quality Inn had good pricing. Don't know about the parking fees.

The Holiday Inn Express that Suzanne suggested has a parking garage and free parking for guests. Looking at going that route.

It's about 5 miles to the Rose Bowl, 20 miles to Jillians for the meet/greet on Friday night and about 30 miles to the meet-up point for Saturday mornings Owners Run back to the Rose Bowl. So the activity area is pretty well contained it looks like.

Has anyone figured out how to sign up for the AutoX?... the site says "online registration is mandatory" but I can't find a way to register. :roll:

Hmmmmmm....????

I think that just means you have to have registered for MTTS, but I'm not positive. Trying to find out a bit more details too.

Soo, those leaving on Friday afternoon, want to meet somewhere on the west side heading out of town? The usual Starbucks at 99th Ave/McDowell? I was thinking like around 1 or 2? Earlier, later? The Meet/Greet runs from 6:30 to 9:30, so if we make good time we should be there in 5-6 hours, depending on traffic and stops.

2 pm would prolly make more sense since AJ & I won't be getting out of work until 1 pm or so. Mark is going to meet us on the road, so we should be able to make it to that Starbucks with no problems at all.

Sounds good, we'll shoot for 2ish then. I'm doing the same, working basically half-day til lunch and bailing. Scotty will probably be hitting the road before us, since his day half-day is from 6am-10am hehe. We'll see.

Gotcha. Not sure we'll be able to make that, as we don't drop Nana off til 11AM, so we'll see how that goes. I'll ring/text one way or the other
