Hey everybody, it is that time of year again to think about the upcoming Holiday Season. The annual DMC party will be held in Tucson on the afternoon of December 8th, 2007. This is a Saturday.

See flyer below. If you need more information ask below or PM me or DBCooper. Send an email to holidayparty@theraelfamily.com. What ever you need to do to find out more, or let us know you are coming and what you are bringing.

Please see the attached PDF for complete info on the what/where/how for the Holiday party on December 8th in Tucson!

http://www.coopahs.com/pdfs/DMC2007Holi ... yFlyer.pdf

As the date gets closer, we'll pick a meet-up spot for the DRP to caravan down together on that morning/afternoon from somewhere probably in the East Valley off I-10.

So far Debbie has two confirmed family RSVP with one bringing a Turkey and one a Ham.

We have a couple of others who are coming but not sure what kind of dish they are bringing, so the slate is very open right now on what we need. The dish to share can be traditional or non.

We recommend that you consider bringing your favorite soft drink so that you are sure to have what you like the best. We plan on having Iced Tea and Coffee. Paper products, cups, and plates are covered.

Now that we are passed Thanksgiving and only have less than two weeks till this event it is time to start sending those RSVP's in.

I would like you to let us know how many people, what kind of dish you are bringing to share, and in the case of households with more than one MiNi, how many MiNis are coming. I have an idea for a photo, but would like to know how many to expect so that I can plan the staging of the photo.

You may RSVP in this thread if you like, and/or email Debbie at holidayparty@theraelfamily.com So far the menu is very open and we don't have the risk of too many duplicates at this point. We have the above mentioned items plus dressing/stuffing confirmed and I think a veggie tray. If you are not sure about what to bring, email Deb and she can give you ideas. She will do our best to make sure we don't wind up with no potatoes and 16 Green Bean Casseroles!

If you get to Tucson early, the day of the X-Mas Party, be sure to check out The GREAT 4TH AVENUE STREET FAIR! and it's FREE! The Street Fair is only 15-20 minutes from the X-Mas party.
