This is a great place if you have never been. This is a trip that has the option of overnight camping.
Bearizona (http://bearizona.com) is a fun "drive yourself through a wildlife park" just 30 miles west of Flagstaff. The road through the park is light gravel but smooth and is MINI friendly. After a couple hours at Bearizona, we will head to the KOA campground for some camping. If you choose to head home, this is a nice easy day trip.
For those that are camping, KOA (http://circlepineskoa.com) has plenty of tent and cabin spots available . The sooner that you make your reservation, the better for getting a spot since it will be great weather. There is a large multi tent site spot that would keep a lot of us together in the same area. On the map they are the spots T80 A-H and T70 A-D. But all the sites are not far from each other, so pick are that looks best for you. Some sites have power and water available so ask when you reserve if that is something that you want. Sites are based on 2 person occupancy, but most sites will fit 2 tents so 4-5 people can be at each site ($5 charge for each person after the first 2). The cabins start at $68 and have nothing but beds and a table (you bring your own linens), and go up to 2 full rooms with all the amenities. To reserve, call 928-635-2626 and ask for the "Ryan group" so that we are all placed near each other.

Our thought for dinner was having a pot luck. We will bring burgers and everyone can bring one other thing to share. We want to keep it simple since we will all be limited on room in the cars. More to come as this gets closer.
Maybe Sunday breakfast in Williams.
So if you are interested, I suggest you make reservations soon to get the choice spots.
This will also get posted on FB site.
