Fridays?????? whatever.....over rated!!!!!!!

I want to know what everybody is susposed to do at work today and what they plan on getting done!!!!!!



here goes for me::

I was 45 min late
made a bagle
got a soda
spent the first hour surfing the net ya know I have to check my personal email
I then posted on 14 forums
and now I am getting ready to think about what I want to eat for lunch
I may surf Ebay for a while
Take a 90min lunch and leave early
after a nap of course!!!!!

W#hat I should have done today:

I have 5 change orders to be written for a total of 1.5 million $$$$$$
send out contractor billings
make a 16 page critical path management schedule
Do 3 take offs for possible new work!!!

Well, lets see....

Went to work at 9:00am
wired up a phone system
Installed a delivery door monitor
Installed a camera to go w/ said monitor
Installed a satelite dish on a 3rd story roof
lunch from 12:30-1:00
Crawled around in the ceiling above the ceiling tiles to re-route satelite wires
Watch a plumber haul off and deck his supervisor's lights out (then get fired of course)
more phone system wiring/ telephone installs
Installed 7 of the 42 speakers in the ceiling tiles that are 20' above the floor (only 8 to go now!!)
left work at 9:00pm

That's pretty much how my entire week has gone, and how my entire weekend will go, as well as Monday and Tuesday of next week.

I do have to say it's been an interesting trip. Today was the fist fight, yesterday a painter fell off of a scafolding and shattered the bones in his right heal, and the day before that my co-worker had his brand new cordless drill stolen right out from under his nose. Oh yeah, Tuesday 8 of our 42 speakers were stollen sometime durring the night!
