Been there too...but not the best time though. Waited 45 min. for a pager (they were all given out) then waited another 45 min. just to be seated out side right by the bar. Everyone I was with don't smoke but at the bar there were 4 girls smoking it up. I called over the manager and complained, he said he would move us further downwind and I told him that was not to my satisfaction. He then said there was nothing he could do...as all the tables inside were occupied and the smoking customers were allowed to be there (which was about 15' away from us and the door to the resturaunt). I retorted that it was a public health code violation. He got all pissy with me saying that he knew the code and that the "smoking area" was outside of the 20' leagal boundry. I looked him straight in the eye got up from my chair, took him by the hand, went over and grabbed the door handle and stretched out my arms. I asked him if he could tap one of the smoking women at the bar on the shoulder and he did. I let go of his hand and sat back down and said "if you think we are both 10' tall then you have no violation but if you think were normal size then you better get me an inside table now...otherwise I'll make a quick call". He got this bewilldered look on his face and left our table. Seconds later our food came and 2 min. later a bunch of staff came over and relocated us to a very nice upstairs table next to the railing overlooking the floor below. Except for that little bump the food was great!
