I would say that she is now in the same position as she was prior to you breaking the lease. So you should now be clear.
She would have to take you to court in order to get any money out of you for the remainder of the lease. If I were you I would get some kind of documentation that she has done what you said NOW, then if she does take you to court in the future you can say that instead of renting to another person she has done this and is now in the same financial position as she was under the old lease with you.
