The MINI is back at MNS until Monday. They are going to do a full inspection on the repairs.

I also completed a full complaint about the repair shop through the insurance company. They are now asigning a adjuster to the claim. Also I was told that the car was "officialy" marked repaired on Thursday. So, now I have to get the insurance to request any more repairs. So that means I can take it anywhere to get the repairs done.

Final update.

MNS had my MINI for several days. They finished the repairs to the shock tower, steering rack, wheel berring the body shop missed, and did another 4 wheel alignment (all on the body shops dime). The body shop picked it up yesterday becasue they has some splash guards to put on it and give it a good washing. It will be ready for pickup at 1 today.

I verified with Justin Grey at MNS that all the repairs were done correctly and they will take care of anthing that further that needs done to it. My isurance company is cool with this araingement and if I am happy with teh repairs they will only be seeing me for my upcomming oil change and inspection.

The insurance company rep has been great and they have worked with me on getting things correct by putting pressure on their recomended body shop.

So all is well in my MINI world now.

So after fixing some tire issues today, it drives like a champ.. better then before the accedent if I can remember back that far...LOL. They have a few cosmetic things to fix, like the skirt is hung a little off, there are a few scratches in the clear coat caused when they attached the wheel arches, and the steering wheel isn't exactly straight. I am extreemly happy with the overall work. Justin at MNS also gave the bodyshop kudos on their work as what they did do was top notch and they were easy to work with.

I think my problems with them really came from a single person that was unwilling to admit to doing anything incorrect. Everyone else there was great. I will see how they handle the last part of the repairs before I deside to make a direct recomendation for this body shop.
