I just heard that we just lost another location for this party so it is becoming uncertain unless we come up with a place.

We have tons of decorations and people willing to chip in on set up and take down...
It has been a pot luck in the past, so no cooking for the hosts...

So if you know of a place, if you have a clubhouse at your complex, or just a nice friend with a backyard, check to see if it will work and let Dan or I know by email or phone.

Well it looks like we have a place and the party won't be cancelled after all! Very special thanks go out to newer member Gary Ruegg!

Everybody say YEAH!

So, now we need a little help from you. We need a few volunteers to help out with this big event. We already have the invitation almost ready, and you should be seeing all the details very soon.

As for the extra assistance; if you think you can help out with planning or setting up on saturday or taking down on sunday, please let me know. I will put you on an email list and we may meet up for a one-time planning type dinner.

Please let me know as soon as you can!

Okay everybody, I have a few volunteers for setup and takedown, might need a couple more. I will be sending an email to you all soon.

Be sure to RSVP with what you are bringing, it would be nice to have an idea of count.

The party is Saturday the 1st at 7, so setup will be earlier that day, cleanup the next day on Sunday.
