Come on out to our 3rd Saturday of the month meet-up at the weekly car show by the McDonalds at The Pavilions in Scottsdale.

Temperatures are going to about perfect it looks like, with highs forecasted in the low 90s and lows in the 60s.

We are usually in the second row in the parking lot on your right, as you come in the main entrance off Indian Bend.

The die-hards and early folks tend to start arriving around 2-3 PM this time of year, but if you happen to be the first to arrive, start saving spots if you can!

We try to save as many spaces as possible, but if you do show up later, we will definitely try to find some room for you!

There was a great group of MINIs and MINI owners out last night. The weather was perfect! There was even an exciting incident with a Beetle owner. haha

I got a chance to meet the hosts for the Halloween party and it sounds like they have a fantastic party house! It's going to be THE place to be on November 1.

Got a group together after the show to go on a twisty ride to Secret Base Camp.
(Shhhhh, it's a secret!) I'm pretty sure they had fun.

Yepper! I loved the ride. Not sure the blindfold was necessary? Made the twisties extra challenging! :lol:

People came and went, but I counted 15 MINIs (including 2 clubmans) early on and would guess over 20 stopped by over the course of the evening.

It was a good time - especially that mini (yuk! yuk! :lol:

) fun-run to SSBC (SUPER secret base camp). William's right, though, the blindfolds did make for some challenging motoring. :lol:

Afterall, SSBC is just over by ..... NOT! :twisted:

The beetle-guy just had a serious case of MINI envy going on. :nuts

All of that is forthcoming in a separate email invite to the entire DMC.

We will probably also snail mail the invite along with the bi-monthly DRP calendar emailing in the next week as well

We don't like posting members addresses in the publicly viewable areas of the website, so thats why it isn't in the Halloween thread.
