All good things have to end sometime

Postby azminiman » Wed Jan 07, 2009 12:49 am

Just when you think it is save to go back in the water, or guess in this case the office for the start of the new year, they drop the Layoff bomb shell.. ( truely didnt see that one coming ). Soo, anyway, I have some time off. Not sure what direction I will head. 26yrs in same field of work makes it hard to leave that line, but I may look twards someting different. The severance package will sustain for time being..

Sorry to here that buddy. My job is shaky too, they are laying off here, and cutting budgets to the bone. I will keep my eye out for anything on the job market for you.

Thanks everyone. All leads are appreciated. Computer support, training. hardware / software / network support and installations. Customer interface. project management.

I am also interested in trying new things.. So I am real a blank slate at this point..

Change is always good in life. If things don't change, they become stagnate. With change comes new challenges and goals and new adventures. You meet new people and create new relationships. Embrace the future and what it holds!
