If you enjoy flavorful, zest cuisine but are only famililiar with South of the Border fare from Mexico, than you are in for a real treat at Eliana's Restaurant. The staff and owners are from the tiny country of El Salvador, which prides itself on its distinct cuisine. They feature fresh produce, ethnic seasonings, and a fine selection of meats and seafood dishes. Authentic ambiance, which is to say very casual and warm.

Long boring story.. I used to live in El Salvador and the food at Eliana's is very authentic. I love it and if the Dog Wash allows I am there!!!!!!
