Yeah, GM is coming out a lot better on this publicly than Chryslers dealer mess, thanks to the quick sale of both Hummer and Saturn.

Looking like all the dealers will stay open as-is and production agreements will stay in place saving a TON of jobs, at least for now.

Will Penske buyout the Saturn dealerships? Terminate their contracts? Since most of the anti-competition & restraint of trade laws have not been enforced in the last 20 years, I'd say he is free to do just about anything with the new Saturn.

Yeah, I heard Penske couldn't find a foreign manufacturer, there would be no product to sell so they backed out.
