Unfortunately, I'm going to have to bow out of this one. There is just too much going on this month and something had to go.
Can't get the day off next Friday, anyway.

We have a Nana sitter, so we're booked!

We're going up Friday, time yet to be determined, coming home Sunday.

What are others thinking for departure? I'm leaning toward working a half day and leaving Phoenix around 2ish? About 4 hours to Laughlin. Puts us there in time for dinner and for the SCMM mixer/meet and greet that night.

Updated schedule!

The block of rooms they had set aside has expired but hotels.com has great room rates if anyone wanting to go hasn't gotten a room yet!
We reserved a river view room for $64 a night!

11/14/09 Update!

Sin City MINI Club is going to join the run on Saturday.

We have a designated parking area at Harrah's... it should be at the top of the Harrah's parking lot.

SATURDAY'S OATMAN / NEEDLES DRIVE

Meetup in the Harrahs Parking lot at 8:30 will depart at 9:00
Drive to Oatman and should arrive there by 9:45 - 10:00 am - Stay for Wild West show and depart by 11:00
Lunch at the Wagon Wheel restaurant at 12:30 - Depart at approx 1:30- 2:00 and should make it back to Harrahs for the optional 6:30 river cruise departing from the Riverside Hotel.

Forecast ifor the whole week/end is Sunny with highs in the upper 60s, low 70s.

So who all is REALLY coming and when are you leaving?

We'll be leaving town around 2pm on Friday and can meet up in Wickenburg at the second Shell station at 3pm for anyone wanting to run over Friday afternoon with us.
