Mothers in SUVs

Another case of a mother driving an SUV.
A friend driving a pick-up stops at a light crossing Thunderbird behind a woman driving an SUV. Light turns green and she takes off. She gets halfway across the intersection and turns around to talk to her two year old(!) in the back seat, taking her foot off the gas in the process (so she said to the responding officer). Our friend in the pick-up doesn't realize she's slowing in the intersection (no brake lights of course) and plows into her. Guess who got the ticket.
