Frodo, our 1971 Mini Cooper S MKIII, took another award today at the Little Anthony's Diner Car Show in Tucson. It was made extra special by seeing Clark surrounded by all his DMC friends.
Drive shafts come off tomorrow to replace CV boots as well as bearings, knuckle joints, steering rack boots and hydrolastic displacer dust caps. Should have everything back together in time for the Tucson British Roundup Car Show on Feb 27th. That will be a tough show. Kim Perkins and John Brett will be entering their classics and from what I hear, Kim has added another 1700 pounds of vinyl to his Cabriolet.
