OK, This seems to be the concencous:

Meet @ the second Shell in Wickenburg.

There is one group that is leaving Wickenburg at 8:00am sharp and will be pushing through at a "steady" pace to make good time to Vegas. Be gassed up and ready to go before then if you want to join this group. They don't want to be held back.

Those who want a more leisurely pace can roll out closer to 9:00 with the straglers who didn't make it there by 8. If you're not @ the Shell by 9:00 Gassed up and ready to go then you're on your own.

Just so everyone knows, I may just fall into that "on your own" category so don't be waiting there for me to show up and lead the pack.

Please post here which group you plan to join so others know who they're meeting / running with.

We have 4 cars that we know for sure leaving with us on Thursday.

Meeting place - Prolly Happy Valley/I-17 Starbucks.

Barney and I are heading up Thursday but we are in El Mirage and have to take the dogs to the dog hotel down by the airport Thursday morning (how does one fit 2 60lb dogs and too much luggage in a MINI??? guess we'll find out).

OK, I'm in for Thursdays departure ... 1st AMVIV ... Now if I can just get all the loose ends tied up... Like get the Mini through the body shop to repair the dog damage and hopefully have my vanity plate in time for the trip.

Jan & I with NEEMO, plus our daughter in-law with Grandaughter in separtate vehicle.
No...Jan will not be on the motorcyle, since this is a MINI Event. SO if you see some else in NEEMO, it's OK, it'll be Jan.
Also, are we meeting up in Wikenburg @ the Shell Gas Station as usual?

My mini is going in the shop on Monday to fix sunroof leaks from the paint job. They messed up installing the sunroof and now I have leak issues!!
They assure me it will be ready in time for me to leave....

We are leaving on Thursday and are looking to hook-up with a caravan. We're coming from Scottsdale, but just tell us when and where - - the Shell Station in Wickenburg sounds like a good place to gather - - now all we need is the time(s)

I agree...we do need to have a meet time for the Shell Station in Wickenburg.
I recommend 8 to 8:30 AM that way we have plenty of travel time to Lost Wages.
Of course if anyone has a preferred time let us know.

Looks like a half dozen or so cars for the Thursday departure. Is there an official meeting place and time? ... I've seen mention of Happy Valley/I-17 Starbucks and the Shell Station in Wickenburg. Googled that and it came back as 530 East Wickenburg Way, Wickenburg, AZ 85390-3527... There can't be that many Shell stations in Wickenburg.

The Shell Gas Sation that we usually meet @ in Wickenburg is the second one on US 60. Just look for the MINI's, unless you are the first one.
My suggestion was to meet @ 8 - 8:30 am, but I am flexable if someone else has another meet time.

Sounds like a plan to me... that calculates to departing home around 6:45 - 7:15 for myself per Google maps
