This is a great event for exploring foods from all over the world. I was told that April's IFN at Carlos O'Brians wasn't Irish enough (OK so the only thing Irish was the Guiness) so I had to make this month's a 'true' Irish Pub. Well, we're doing just that by going to Lis Doon Varna in Peoria!

It is on my calendar as long as the current work schedule stays in place i will be there...

I couldn't miss some "real" Irish food... and of course the whiskey and beer!!!

I think I can get there by 7 after work.

We do 10 hour days in the summer

, but 3 day weekends as the side benefit

....

I almost made it to Pavilions today, but got overheated working outside this afternoon, and kinda turned into a couch potato....
